Astral Edict (Code of Conduct)

What you should know on your epic Allods Online adventure. These are important edicts or Code of Conduct in addition to those already indicated in our End User License Agreement (EULA) that you agreed upon during account creation.

Please be aware that failure to comply with the Astral Edict may result in either the suspension or termination of your Allods Online game account. Most of all, ignorance is not an excuse.

This covers violations/offenses of the Allods Online Terms of Service with brief descriptions and penalties.

How to Report

Customers may contact Level Up! Customer Support through the Customer Support website by visiting: https://support.levelupgames.ph

Available 24 hours daily

Process:

  1. Player should have an existing My LU Account.
  2. If none, they should register an account to My Level Up at http://my.levelupgames.ph and link their Allods CBT Game Account.
  3. Player should have an activated My Level Up! CS Account. Each My LU CS Page Account is linked to a corresponding My Level Up Account.
  4. To activate and use a My LU CS Page Account, player needs to complete their My Level Up registration by proceeding to “My Profile”, wherein they have to enter their CS Password.
  5. Login to the My Level Up Customer Support Page by entering your My Level Up! Username and My Level Up! CS Password in Log-In Screen.
  6. After selecting the New Ticket option, you will then be asked to select the type of case you would like to report.
  7. There are several categories that can be selected. Select the appropriate category for your ticket request. Requests filed in the wrong category may take a longer time to process.
  8. Provide all the information in the required fields per category.
  9. After properly filling up the form and uploading file attachment (Files must be in the format of .jpg, .gif, .png, and .jpeg.), you can click on the button labeled “Submit Ticket” located at the bottom of the page to officially submit your ticket to the Customer Support Team.
  10. When you have successfully submitted your ticket, you can preview the ticket that you have created with the generated Ticket Number. You will need this ticket number when you are following up or checking on the status of your submitted ticket.
